Done! Remember to use the group QR code although be a only person. If its only one, the system will redirect automatically.
Save it in a USB memory and bring it to print. 
If you are not sure about how to print the QR code, try in sticker format, ask in you print store. If you print it in 4x4cm, you can use a 5x5cm acrylic and silicone to glue it, so the qr code will be protect.
